Kenneth Collier-Magar

Ken Collier-Magar, a partner of Collier-Magar, P.C., is an experienced litigator who aggressively advocates for his clients. Ken focuses his practice on complex litigation representing businesses, public officials, and Indiana governmental entities. He has represented clients in numerous jury trials in both federal and state court. His experience is extensive and includes claims involving premises liability, zoning matters, road signage and design, emergency vehicle responses, unlawful search and seizure, the use of force by law enforcement, including deadly force cases, due process concerns, discrimination claims based on race, sex, disability, age, and speech, 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 claims, and a variety of other constitutional and statutory claims under the various Civil Rights Acts. He has represented small, medium, and large corporations, as well as counties, cities, towns, public officials, and law enforcement officers throughout the state of Indiana.
